Naginata is a powerful and graceful Japanese martial art, practiced with a long wooden stick (over 2m long). Through practice you can improve your physical fitness, breathing, posture and build your self confidence. The qualified Japanese instructor will also introduce you to the fascinating culture of Japan. Naginata is for people of all ages.

In the course, you will also learn about Japanese etiquette and manners. At the end of each session Japanese green tea & sweets will be provided.

The course is designed for complete beginners, but people with some experience are welcome.

The course is for adults. However young people age 11-18 years old, joining with parent or gurdian are very welcome.
